Build. Scale. Regenerate.

WE HAVE DONEIT BEFORE.

We have scaled industrial businesses before. BST now brings together Alain Bélanger's innovation, Néri Jean's manufacturing capabilities and Denis Duguay's financial expertise. The commercial starting point: modular access products already sold by Everest. The next step: BST's intelligent infrastructure.

CAD 6M → 30Min annual sales across Néri's companies in less than three years

Our ambition: build a regenerative industrial unicorn.

Canada is rebuilding. BST wants to improve what we build.

Local roads, water networks and climate adaptation are entering a new investment cycle. Buyers want infrastructure that lasts longer, costs less to maintain and helps reduce pollution.

Imagine a street built to last. When a pipe needs repair or fibre-optic cable must be installed, crews lift the affected modules, do the work and put them back. Drainage, runoff filtration and local infiltration are designed together to reduce pollution and help replenish groundwater.

International diversification is not new to our team: we have developed markets in several countries without depending on the United States.Northern development and the renewal of urban infrastructure now create an opportunity to apply that expertise in Canada.

Our commercial path: start with access modules already sold for worksites and major projects, then show municipalities a modular street that can be repaired and upgraded without rebuilding the entire roadway.

A proven method
Alain's technology replaced EPS in Apple packaging. He produced it in Canada, shipped it to China and trained Apple's suppliers. The product was packaging. The real capabilities were innovation and industrialization.

BST is now applying those capabilities to new materials and infrastructure.

Sell access today. Build intelligent infrastructure tomorrow.

The business model begins with a product customers already buy. BST aims to add useful capabilities, extend its use and build recurring revenue.

From access to intelligent corridors

BST's proposed new line at Everest would produce new modules. Rental, traceability, sensors and water-related functions could then add value to each deployment.

From peat to higher-value growing media

BST already leads the commercialization of TTL's bulk peat. It also markets its own technologies, including growing media, blends and planting rings.

Management forecasts approximately CAD 2M of horticulture product sales commercialized through BST in FY 2026–27 and CAD 6M in FY 2027–28, even before value-added products reach full scale. These are prospective product sales, not historical BST accounting revenue.

Process Builder. Intelligence that helps us scale.

The team's past growth becomes a repeatable method. BST developed Process Builder, its own AI to coordinate processes, responsibilities and data across its businesses.

The same system structures innovation and research and development: tests, decisions and supporting evidence are documented for SR&ED tax credit claims. Rolling it out across the group creates a repeatable way to grow.

  1. 01Make every operation visible and repeatable.
  2. 02Align innovation, R&D and manufacturing around the same priorities.
  3. 03Adapt the model with partners in the Americas, Africa and beyond.

How could an investor benefit as BST grows?

BST aims to build industrial sales, followed by revenue from rentals, maintenance, specialized media, data and licensing. Depending on the scale and maturity reached, potential exit paths may include a strategic acquisition, targeted licensing, a joint venture or, at greater scale, a public market listing.
